During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, and preferred location/venue (if you don’t know about this, don’t worry – we can help!). Then we’ll get to work crafting the perfect solution for your event.
From here on out, consider us an extension of your team.
3. the proposal
No matter how you work with us, or which services you need, from our initial conversations we’ll provide you with a comprehensive proposal and budget, or a straightforward quote.
4. walk and talk you through it
We know you’re busy, so our goal is to keep things simple for you. We’ll talk you through everything in as much or as little info (just the headlines!) as you like, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
5. putting the plan into action
Once we’ve agreed how to move forward, you can sit back, relax, and let us do the hard work. Of course, we’ll have planned catch-ups along the way to provide key updates – but these can be as frequent, or as non-frequent as you like.
6. it's showtime
Your event day is here, and we’re ready to rock ‘n’ roll! Your Project/Event Manager will be there throughout the event, making sure everything runs smoothly.
7. post-event feedback
Job done! You’ve definitely earned a celebratory glass of champers… We’ll be in touch to arrange a post-event follow-up, either by phone or in person. This gives you an opportunity to give us feedback on your event journey. We want to make sure you’re happy, so we can keep working with you to create extraordinary events for many years to come.
