2. let's chat

During your first consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, venue, budget, (hopes, dreams!) so we can start crafting the perfect creative and technical solution for your event.

We’ll also show you examples of our previous events and suggest services you might not have considered, like theming.

3. quote and design

As well as an accurate quote for your event, we can use 3D modelling software to visualise how your event will look. That means no unwanted surprises on the day.

4. walk and talk you through it

Our goal is to simplify things for you. We’ll walk you through your quote and the design, so you know exactly what you’re getting. So long, confusing technical jargon!

5. need to add or change something?

No problem-o! Our online quote-building system is easy to update in real time.

6. putting the plan into action

Now it’s time for you to sit back and relax while we take over. We’ll put all the technical details into place, briefing the crew so everyone knows the plan of action. We’ll work directly with the venue and your entertainment, so you don’t have to be the middleman. Lastly, we’ll run over the logistics with you one more time before event day, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

7. it's showtime!

Ready to rock ’n’ roll. We’ll arrive early for setup, unload our equipment from the vans and start bringing your vision to life. During the event, you’ll have one point of contact on-site to answer questions and be on standby should you need to make any last-minute changes.

8. post-event feedback

Job done! You’ve definitely earned a celebratory glass of champers…We’ll be in touch to arrange a post-event follow-up, either by phone or in person. This gives you an opportunity to give us feedback on your event journey. We want to make sure you’re happy, so we can keep working with you to create extraordinary events for many years to come.
