Inverarity Morton: Evolution 19 @ SWG3
Happy hour, every hour.
That’s how we’d sum up Evolution 19, Inverarity Morton’s experience-led event for on-trade professionals. Hosted by Scotland’s leading wine and spirits wholesaler, it was an immersive showcase of the finest brand activations and live demonstrations the drinks industry has to offer. We’ll toast to that!
On the day, we served up some event production (on the rocks, with a twist) and 600+ merry mixologists poured through the doors of SWG3 to explore the new products and trends shaping the on-trade landscape.
Without a gin in sight (that’s *so* last year), whisky and rum were the firm favourites—with over 60 brands in attendance, featuring Glenfiddich, Monkey Shoulder, Woodsman, Old Pulteney and Glenmorangie in the Whisky Room; and Bacardi, Dead Man’s Fingers, The Kraken, Sailor Jerry and Havana Club in the Rum Shack.
The Beer Yard was full to the brim with big-name beer brands, including Innis & Gunn, Brewdog, WEST, Fallen, Asahi and Pravha. And on the Raw & Unfiltered Wine Section of the menu, we had the all-natural Amisfield, Caiarossa, with notes of Sacred Hill.
All the good stuff.
Much like a fine wine, this event just got better with time. By the end of the day, there were happy smiling faces as far as the eye could see—and we’re sure that had *nothing* to do with the free samples…
