Management & Logistics
Pre-event
Our team of experienced Event Managers ensure that every detail of your event is considered at concept, so no stone is left unturned. We can support you in profiling venues and locations; managing delegate registration; designing an event comms plan to make sure delegates get all the info they need; and dealing with any necessary third party suppliers along the way. This allows you to focus your attention where it counts – on the event itself.
On-site
The planning has been done, every detail has been considered, and now it’s time for the delegates to arrive. Our on-site management service includes a detailed event schedule (communicated to everyone involved pre-event); a comprehensive pre-con meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page; and, of course, a full team on site to execute and manage it all for you, with your Event Manager being the ‘go-to’ person for all logistical enquiries.
Venue Finding
We want your event to be off-the-charts amazing, that’s why we’ll start the process by finding you the perfect venue for free. Whether it’s an awards dinner, a 1-day team meeting, a 3-day residential conference, or a week-long incentive event – we can help to locate a venue in the UK, Europe, or anywhere in the world, and get you the best rates available.
